facts and conditions
Local tax: 4,00 € per person/night is included.
Final cleaning: 65,00 € is not included.
Cancellation fee: You can cancel your holiday 30 days prior arrival for free. Within 30 days prior arrival you have to pay 50 % of the total costs. When you don’t arrive on your arrival-day, you have to pay 100 % of the total costs.
Deposit: We are pleased to block your requested stay for a few days. To fix the booking we need a 20 % deposit within 30 days after booking.
