You love spending time in the mountains with lots of snow? You can reach the ski area “Hochoetz-Kühtai” in just 5-10 minutes walking. In winter a free shuttlebus will also bring you to the famous ski spots like Sölden or Obergurgl. The bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the K.
in summer timer
Also in the summer time our holiday appartment is located perfectly. You can reach the public swimming pool in Oetz within 5 minutes walking. After a short hike (appr. 30 minutes) you can reach the lake piburg – it’s awesome, you will love it. You can also shorten this hike with your car.
The famous Area 47 for adrenalin junkies is only 5 kilometres away.
